We are awaiting confirmation from the IRS of our status as of 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We expect to receive it by the end of 2007. If you would like to ensure that your donation is tax-deductible, however, you may write a check to "Jewish Labor Committee," our 501(c)3 fiscal agent. They will pass on 100% of your contribution to us.

Why do we need money?

We rely on the generous contributions of our supporters in Philadelphia and around the country to keep this work going.

Our executive director works full time for a very small salary, organizing dialogue programs, doing outreach and publicity, recruiting volunteers, researching and writing, and training facilitators. Some of our other expenses include: written materials, food, and other supplies for dialogue sessions and trainings; postage; phone bills; travel; web provider fees; and outside trainings for our facilitators.

We rely heavily on our dedicated volunteers to carry out our work, but we need to raise several thousand dollars this year in order to complete our projects. Individual donations are the most important source of funding for all of our work. Please give what you can!
